Live Music for Live Audiences
Do you play regularly with a group of CAMMAC members? Would your group like to perform in some venues?

At the start of each season, September to June, we send a catalogue of CAMMAC groups
to some two hundred retirement and nursing homes, hospitals and libraries in and
around the Toronto area. The CAMMAC groups range from solo pianos to a jazz trio
to a string and wind octet.
The audiences are composed of people who don't get out much, some not all. The presence of real people playing real instruments and singing real music brings a patch of brightness to their ordered lives that no amount of loud speaker music can match. The catalogue shows the name of your group and its instrumentation. A short paragraph describes the music you offer with the name and phone number of your contact person. There is a small fee of $30.00 to cover the cost of its production and mailing. |
